Delivery Restrictions
Although we endeavour to deliver Heating Oil to as many properties as possible there are a few restrictions that we have to stand by.
To ensure a professional, efficient, and safe service we follow the guidelines below.
We do not deliver through properties
Tanks must be unlocked
We cannot deliver over third party property (without written permission)
Gates must be unlocked
We cannot deliver over flat roofs
We cannot deliver over fences or hedges
Dogs must be locked away
We must have clear and unobstructed access to the tank
We do not deliver to pleasure boats
Tanks and containers must be fit for the purpose of storing oil
We cannot be responsible for damage to objects that obstruct access to the tank
We cannot deliver to a tank that is considered unsafe or unsuitable
We cannot deliver to an offset fill point unless we can verify the tank ullage
